So far, honestly, I am not enjoying Nervous conditions. I am not saying that it is not a good book, but is is not really my favorite genre. I am still getting through the book though. So far, I have read up to chapter three. The primary focus of the story has been on the main characters brother, who died. It is a bit interesting though, to see the way that Tambu describes her brother.
Nervous conditions is not and easy read. Sometimes I find the plot is hard to follow. You have to read carefully in order to understand what is going on in the book. Also, there are many characters in the book, which is also very confusing. The last difficult thing to manage in Nervous conditions is the language, Sometimes the dialog of the book can be confusing, because they are from Zimbabwe. Over all it is a hard read, but it is manageable.
