I have started to read Harry Potter 4, because I do not really have another book that I wanted to read. I read chapters 1-8 and this is a very brief summary. Harry wakes from a terrible dream. He goes downstairs to see his dreadful muggle family. Harry gets an invitation to go to the Quidditch World Cup. He goes to the Weasley's and the go to the world cup, and the Irish win.
Rowling does a good job of pulling in the reader. She keeps a good energy flowing with the characters, and they all have very distinct characteristics. For example, Hermione Weasley is a very intelligent, but also caring character. Also, the plot of the book is very different and exciting, which also keeps a reader reading.
